  • focus on redefining your relationship with food

  • receive a professionally designed meal plan based on your nutrition goals and preferences

  • receive two-15 minute follow-up calls to evaluate your progress, successes, challenges, and reset goals as you need to

  • receive a customized  exercise plan or program tailored to your goals, needs, and interests
