REFUND POLICY

VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES

Virtual fitness classes are not refundable however, a fitness class can be transferred to the same class offered on a different day once.   It is a student’s responsibility to contact admin@cherylquintero.com and notify the instructor of the need to transfer a class prior to the start of class. If the need arises to transfer the class occurs beyond the first occurrence, the request to transfer will be evaluated by Alani Creations, LLC, and its associates and independent contractors. 

DIGITAL/INFORMATION PRODUCTS

Due to the immediate availability of digital and/or information products made solely or in conjunction with physical products and coaching/consultative service purchases on this website, a website managed and operated by Alani Creations, LLC, refunds are not available.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case nature.  Refunds are generally provided within 14 days on physical products that are shipped to you.  We value you and want you to be satisfied.  Please contact us at admin@cherylquintero.com to alert us of the nature of your refund request.

COACHING/CONSULTING SERVICES

Coaching and consulting services are fully-refundable when:

You’ve booked and have paid for your service and have cancelled or rescheduled your appointment before the start of your session.  You will receive ample notice and opportunity to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within our scheduling application.  You can also email us at admin@cherylquintero.com with any scheduling and cancellation requests or questions.

Coaching and consulting services are not fully-refundable once:

  • You’ve received your coaching and consulting services, to include your receipt of digital/information products.
  • You’ve missed your coaching and/or consulting service session and have not communicated with us prior to the start of your session and within our scheduling system or by email, to inform us of your need to cancel or reschedule.

SHIPPING

Products that require shipping will be shipped using the United States Postal Service and will begin processing within 2 business days.  The shipping rates will be made available during the checkout process.
